Q.What makes Diamond's Pizza crust special?

Our signature dough goes through a slow cold-fermentation process for 48 hours. This allows yeast to develop organic acids, resulting in a blistered, light, and flavor-rich Neapolitan or thin crust that is exceptionally easy to digest.

Q.What are your delivery hours and service coverage areas?

We deliver daily from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Currently, we service Sitapur and Kannauj areas with branches in Mahmudabaad, Biswan, Laharpur, Makrand Nagar, and Tirwa Khas. We service up to an 8 km radius from each outlet.

Q.Do you charge a delivery fee?

We charge a flat delivery fee of ₹40 for orders under ₹500. For all orders above ₹500, delivery is completely free.

Q.Can I customize my pizza ingredients and crust?

Absolutely! Our interactive menu allows you to choose your size (Small, Medium, Large), select crust bases (Classic Hand Tossed, Thin, Cheese Burst, Pan), add premium extra toppings, and request default ingredients to be removed.

Q.How does the Diamonds Loyalty Program work?

Every customer gets 10 points for every ₹100 spent. New accounts receive 50 welcome points instantly. Points help you level up from Silver to Gold (400 points) and Diamond (1000 points) for higher discounts and birthday offers.

Q.What payment options do you support?
