Orders are dispatched to the closest outlet based on coordinates. Once an order is processed into the oven state (Preparing or Baking), cancellation requests cannot be accommodated. Delivery times are estimations and can vary due to weather or traffic.
Loyalty points and Silver, Gold, or Diamond membership benefits are non-transferable, have no cash redemption value, and expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
