REFUND & CANCELLATION

1. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 3 minutes of placement. Once order preparation begins (or progresses to the Preparing, Baking, or Out For Delivery status in our tracking log), cancellation is no longer possible, and the full payment remains payable.

2. Refunds Eligibility

Refunds are initiated if:

• The order could not be fulfilled due to branch closure or ingredient stockouts.
• Your delivery coordinates fall outside of our active 8 km outlet boundaries.
• The delivered pizza is incorrect or damaged (photographic confirmation submitted to helpdesk required).

3. Processing Timelines

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment source (UPI account, Debit/Credit Card, or Wallet) within 5 to 7 business days.
